Construction

We start with high impact ABS plastic or fiberglass laminated to plywood. The custom cut panels are then joined using our proprietary double angle aluminum framing. This process provides protection to the outside area where the outer case panels meet. The aluminum on the inside of the double angle also helps to increase the beam strength. A pneumatic driven steel fastener is then applied from the inside so you have a clean rivet-less angle.

A tongue and groove system, extruded from high quality aluminum, is used to add extra strength to the case as well as a tight seal.

All latches, corners, handles, clamps and hinges are made of heavy gauge steel and are zinc coated for rust protection.

For the best in shock protection we line our cases with polyester (medium density) foam or polyethylene (high density) foam of varying thickness.
